Gather brings together a myriad of creative concepts – travel, design, quality shopping, art, supporting local businesses and artisans, Mezcal, and more.

Our Founder
After living in San Francisco for nearly 30 years, Samantha Smith has returned to her hometown of Branford to create a beautiful space – Gather – in the old Waiting Station on the iconic town green. Samantha, a Branford High School alum, left Branford to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology. Samantha went on to start Old Navy and then founded an event planning company for the corporate world – Samantha Smith Productions – in 2003.
Gather is her creative outlet, intended to be a space filled with pop-ups that match her passions. She continues to help businesses throughout the country plan and execute unique experiences. She has two sons and a dog named Max.
